Streamlining Client Communication

We recently moved to a new scheduling software that integrates text messaging for appointment reminders and follow-ups, and it’s made a huge difference in how we interact with clients. I’m curious to know what other practices are doing to improve client communication. Anyone had success with particular tools or strategies that have enhanced your client relations?

I’ve found that using an integrated appointment booking system has really enhanced our follow-up process, especially when clients can easily reschedule via text. I’ve had a lot of success with utilizing automated follow-up texts after visits to check on the pet’s progress. It not only shows clients we care, but it also opens up a line for any questions they might have. Have you considered adding something like this to your communication strategy?
