State VMAs have been the most useful for me — our listserv got me relief coverage in a day and a surprise CE discount last month. AVMA (https://www.avma.org) is great for broad updates, though if your state listserv is quiet, joining the neighboring state’s VMA can be a workaround. It’s speed-dial for CE and networking.
