@OP we stuck tiny DYMO QR labels on each jar that encode fixative LOT/EXP and point to a Google Form, and drop an Elitech RC‑5 in the shipper so the form logs pass/fail on temp — less time sniffing formalin than solving a Sudoku. I’d keep 110 kVp and nudge mAs to hit your target EI instead of dropping to 90, since the higher mAs at lower kVp made our vessel edges look oversharpened. @OP have you tried recalibrating with the grid you’re using, or is the detector still on an old bad‑pixel map?
